The last couple of days it has been all about EXERCISE, EXERCISE and some more EXERCISE! Reading about anatomy, leadership and much, much more. So there has not been a lot of time spent in the kitchen. So no food recipe today! So here is one of my older posts that has been a big success. These muffins are really good:
Todays recipe is a simple breakfast recipe, but still very good.
Makes 6 muffins
2 dl cottage cheese
3 eggs
1/4 dl grated cheese
1/4 dl oats
1/2 dl spelt flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbs flax seeds
Optional: Add some chopped sandwich meat.
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200C
2. Mix all the ingredients together
3.Divide the batter in the prepared muffin forms
4. Let it bake for 15-20 minutes.
