Standing lateral raise

Remember, in any of these:

Lower your shoulders,shoulders away from ears, don’t tens up the neck.

Knees and toes should point in the same direction. 

Arms should be tucked into your sides.

For more stabilization squeeze your butt, and keep core tight. 

4.Standing lateral raise 



Elbows should not be higher then shoulder.

Elbows slightly bent.

Knees slightly bent.
