healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
This is a short workout, but still hard. Its 10 minutes. And in those 10 minutes, you have 4 different exercises and your going to push your self hard, and see how many rounds you can do in those 10 minutes.
I completed 5 rounds and 5 biceps curls+ shoulder press. I did it with 2x10lb db’s
It sounds so easy, but it turns out to be heavy.
1)10 Biceps curls+shoulder press
2)30 med.ball mountain climbers
3) 10 sumo deadlift with high pulls
4) 5 comp. burpees
