Triceps curl

Remember, in any of these:

Lower your shoulders,shoulders away from ears, don’t tens up the neck.

Knees and toes should point in the same direction. 

Arms should be tucked into your sides.

For more stabilization squeeze your butt, and keep core tight.

In this exercise, the arms are tucked in to the side, but pointing out from the  sides of the body.
