Today I am doing the ZWOW, due to being on vacation I’m a little bit behind. This is ZWOW number 10. Love this kind of workouts, they are quick, but yet effective.
It’s a 10 minute count down, meaning you are going to do as many rounds as you can.
One round sustains of:
Jump Rope/High Knees 100 reps
Reptile Burpees 20 reps
Kettlebell Jumps 20 reps
I just followed Zuzana through the whole workout. It’s like having a PT in your home:)
