1.round – 5 reps

2.round- 10 reps

3. rounds-15 reps

4.round -10 reps

5.round-15 reps

1)One Leg Lunge ( to the reps x2 , so you get each leg)

2) Push ups/Superman Push ups

3)Skaters

4) Split Squat Jumps ( to the reps x2 , so you get each leg)
