Coconut flour is a new thing that I like to add to my cooking and baking. Replace 20% of the flour in the recipe, don ‘ t do 100% it only leads to the food falling apart.

Coconut flour is made from the fiber from the coconut meat, after almost all the coconut oil has been extracted.
