Quinoa


So you might have seen the name quinoa pop up on the shelves, and in recipes. This is a “grain” that is rich in nutrients such as: dietary fiber, protein, selenium, zink, manganese, magnesium, iron, potassium, vitamin A, vitamin B and vitamin E.  Quinoa  can replace rice, be used in baking and cooking. Quinoa is originally a seed that comes from South-America but has been used as a grain. It contains more protein that any other grain.
