Green tea-why drink it?

I love green tea, and in Korea there is lots and lots of it. My favorite at the moment is “black sesame seed green tea frappuccino” so yummy. But why should you drink or eat green tea?

In South-Korea green tea has been grown for over 1,500 years. It has many health benefits such as:

  • Gives improved memory and learning abilities
  • Helps with weight control
  • Lowering cholesterol
  • High in antioxidants
  • and much more.
A lot of people actually switch out their daily coffee, with a cop of tea in stead, just because of the health benefits.
