What I liked about this cookbook that it goes through what it will say to have a healthy diet, life cycle and different dietary needs, different approaches to diet. It also has an “ingredient” section were there is details about over 350 ingredients which again is divided into food groups. The pictures in the book makes you want to cook, and the recipes are easy to read.
