4 kick burpee

Remember:

Lower your shoulders,shoulders away from ears, don’t tens up the neck.

Knees and toes should point in the same direction. You should be able to see your toes when your knees are bent.

Knees slightly bent, never lock them.

Back should be flat.

5. 4 kick burpee:

Kick 4 times, alternate: do not straighten the foot all the way out,it should be a controlled kick, do not “fling” your foot out.Lean slightly back.
