healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
|1/2||cup ( 1 dl) butter, melted /oil|
|1/2||cup ( 1 dl) cane sugar|
|2||egg (preferably room temperature)|
|1 1/2||cup (3.5 dl) light spelt flour|
|1 1/2||tsp baking powder|
|1/2||tsp ground nutmeg|
|1/2||cup (1 dl) milk of your choice|
|Topping (option: cut topping in half*)|
|1/2||cup (1 dl) cane sugar|
|1/2||cup (1 dl) butter, melted/oil|
Mix together all the dry ingredients. Add the wet and stir. Fill up the sprayed/oiled muffin tins with cooking spray 2/3 full. I mixed the topping: melted the butter, and mixed in the sugar and cinnamon. And spread your desired amount on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Or until the edges starts get golden.
