healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
So yesterday I had an all raw day, which is awesome, I felt so energized throughout the whole day. More on that later. Today I was craving something sweet. And since vanilla chia pudding is one of my favorites I made a different version.
It is the same procedure as with the vanilla chia pudding .
When I make pudding I make a big batch. So this is 4 servings:
You will need:
1 cup (2.5 dl) chia seeds
4 cups (1 l) almond milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp coconut sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cups ( 2 dl) blueberries
Mix the fluids and the blueberries in the blender, add in the cinnamon, vanilla extract and coconut sugar.
Then stir in the seeds. Set aside as directed in the original recipe.
It is so good as either dessert, breakfast or just a quick snack.
