healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
So there is a difference in using the raw cacao and the NOT raw cocoa.
Thumbs up. The raw cacao also takes the edge of my sweet tooth. And do believe I like sweets, but my cravings have slowly faded away.
Just click right here to look at all the other recipes that I’ve written down so far. Sometimes I make smoothies or juices, and afterwards the thought hit me that I should have written it down. But I’m getting better at it:)
Today after my run and weight training I was looking for something quick and filling. And this is what I came up with:
2 dried black figs
2 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 cup (2.5 dl) almond milk
1 tbsp melted coconut oil
1 tsp agave nectar
1 tsp matcha green tea
1 cup (2.5 dl) kale ( I keep mine frozen, and just take up what I need)
What is your to-go smoothie or snack? Going to the store in like two days from now:) Thinking there is gonna be some pumpkin (of course) smoothies coming up.
