healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
So as you all know, I am a part of a community called Under Armour What’s Beautiful. Been doing challenges, and posting workouts since May, 2012.
One of the new challenges for 2013, is to do a photo challenge/workout for the month of January
This is a great idea, and gives you a different workout to do every day. I did a 100 push ups, 150 burpees, and 60 squats. Let’s see how many jump rope jumps I can do:)
