healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
So right before I made this post I was sitting down preparing for my 6 am class on Thursday. My classes for Wednesdays (the two that I teach) are already prepared. I love this workout. It challenges the whole body! In my ballistic class I have done supersets where we do 50 sec on 10 sec rest. Love the burn!!!
Remember glutes tight, core tight, belly button in. Don’t drop your hips!!
