Homemade Blueberry and Raspberry jam

When I made it back home, I of course had to walk up Stoltzen. The 800 stone stairs that goes 900 meters straight up almost! A excellent workout!

Here in Norway all the berries are ripe for the picking, and so I’ve been harvesting blueberries and raspberries here lately.

 2 dl (3/4 cups) blueberries

1 dl (1/2 cup) raspberries

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 dl (1/4 cup) cane sugar

Put it all in a pan, and let it simmer for about 10 minutes. If you want to you can mash the berries a little.

 

I served my jam with freshly made waffles!
