healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
First here is the workout that we did this weekend.
15 miles w/a 1 year old and some on the back. Is def. a good workout
And then to todays workout. This is an other great woman that has a blog about working out. This workout only has 6 exercises. The catch. You have to do them all 30 reps each. The heaviest I had at home was a 15 lb db. I used dumb bells in stead of kettlebells.
