healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
Both my son and I am huge fan of pancakes. So for our lunch today, we had these.
2- 3 servings
1 tbsp agave nectar
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 cup (1 dl) Greek yoghurt strawberry
1 cup (2.5 dl) milk of your choice
1/2 cup ( 1 dl ) fresh or frozen strawberries
1 cup (2.5 dl) brown rice flour
Your choice of oil for cooking
Fresh strawberries for garnish
Whisk eggs, nectar and syrup until fluffy.
Add in the other ingredients.
