Simple Peaches and Spinach Smoothie

This is a quick and healthy smoothie that you can make for breakfast, lunch or just a quick snack!

2 servings

2 cups (5 dl) organge juice

1 avocado

1 cup (2.5 dl) frozen peaches

1 cup (2.5 dl) baby spinach

1 tsp maple syrup (optional)

Mix all this in your blender until smooth, then divide into two glasses!
