healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
A smoothie is a perfect day to a smoothie. So I came up with this smoothie, which I then layered. And turned into a parfait!
1/4 cup (1/2 dl) Greek yoghurt
1/2 cup (1 dl) cottage cheese
1 cup (240 ml) fresh or frozen strawberries
1 ripe avocado
1 tsp maple syrup
1/2 ripe mango chopped
Mix everything minus the mango in the blender!
Divide 1/2 of the mixture in the glass, and add mango, leave some for garnish. Add the second layer of mixture, and garnish with the remaining mangos.
