healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
I’m not the calorie counting kind of girl. Never have been. But I know other people are. So this recipe is about 224 calories pr serving of salmon. This is a very quick recipe. Dinner will be ready in about 20 minutes!!!!
2 servings of pink salmon fillets ( 1 serving is about 4 oz aka 113 grams)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp honey
2 garlic cloves, chopped fine
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Preheat oven: 375 F ( about 200 C).
Lay out your thawed out fish on some parchment paper or aluminum foil.
Mix together the other ingredients.
Use a basting brush, put the honey mixture only on the fish fillets
Bake for 20-25 minutes. Keep an eye on the fish!
I served this like we eat a lot of fish back home. With some cucumber salad ( cucumbers that has laid in water w/vinegar for about 20 minutes), some potatoes, and sour creme.
