healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
First of here is one way to cut up your mangos.
Slice each side just past the seed.
Slice the flesh without breaking the skin (ops!)
Scoop out the slices with a spoon.
This is an easy dessert or breakfast
Makes 4-6 servings ( all the depends on the size of your glass that you use)
2 ripe mangoes, peeled, pitted and cubed
3 cups (7 dl) Greek yoghurt
6 tbsp granola
Pure 1 1/2 mango, and spoon equal amounts into your glasses. Top it with 1/4 cup (1/2 dl) Greek yoghurt. Add one more layer of the mango puree, and garnish with the cubed mango, a dash of yoghurt and granola.
You can make these ahead of time (without the granola) and put them in your fridge.
