healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
So it’s the weekend! And this post is just about frosting! I had this frosting on my chocolate muffins. There is a lot of frostings out there, but do your self a favor, make your own. This one is easy enough to make, and so light and fluffy. You can add some flavoring to it if wanted.
2 egg whites
1/2 cup (1 dl) brown sugar
2 tbsp water
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
First of put a pan of water to boil. Add a deep dish on top.
Add in all the ingredients. And start whisking while the water is boiling.
Whisk for about 2-3 minutes. Take the dish of from the boiling water, and continue whisking.
It should be getting stiffer.
Look at that beauty. Add your flavor or coloring if wanted.
Use the piping bag, or just a normal plastic bag, that you cut in one corner if a piping bag is not available to you.
