Daily Workout 02.05.2012 – Glutes Workout- Burning Buns!

Remember always to warm up when you do a workout!

Today the workout is all about glutes.

Repeat 3 rounds of these exercises:

30 Glutes Bridge w/triceps extensions

30 Squats

30 sec Figure 4 Wall Sit Exercise(each leg) add 10 sec each round!!!
