healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
Aioli can be served with a lot of stuff. I had this as the sauce for my “Norwegian Fish Cakes”. I love garlic, so I had a lot of it in here. You don’t need to have all that in there. This recipe makes a lot, you can easily cut it in half. I froze half of this down.
3.5 oz (100 ml) sour creme
3.5 oz (100 ml) Greek Yoghurt
1/2 cup (1 dl) spinach
2 cloves of garlic
Juice of 1/2 grapefruit
salt & pepper to taste
Mix it all in the blender or food processor
