healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
Since I’ve been on vacation so I am a little bit behind on everything.
Today I am doing this workout.
It’s a 10 min workout, complete as many rounds as possible, or follow the video. The last thing, is what I’m doing.
One round is:
Pistols 10 reps
Low Jack 20 reps
Dynamite Burpees 10 reps
Low Jacks 20 reps
