healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
If you didn’t guess it. This is some of my pictures from the Hoover Dam. It was very impressive, and very big. If you are ever in the Las Vegas area, you should def. take a quick drive out there.
Todays recipe is Tilapia. Do you know that this white fish has 23 grams of protein in one serving. One serving is considered 4 oz or 113 grams of fish. We grilled this fish fora about 30 minutes. But you can also bake it on 350 F (175C).
3 tbsp canola oil (raps olje)
Juice of one grapefruit
10 drops of tabasco hot sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1/2 mango sliced
2-3 servings of tilapia (remember 1 serving is 4 oz (113 gr)
Let the fish marinate for 30 minutes. Preheat your grill or your oven.
Wrap the fish in aluminium foil.
Bake or grill for 30-40 minutes. Check on the fish to determine that it’s all the way cooked.
I served this with grilled rosemary potatoes and spicy grilled carrots.
