Daily Workout 17.02.2012 – All over body workout and Saturday playlist (Rock)

So I wanted to find some new exercises that I could do, and then I stumbled upon these:

Routine:

10 x Side V ups with leg kick (pull your legs in 2 times, kick your leg 2 times) Its 10 reps on each

5 x Pike butt Push ups ( 5 on each leg)

10 x Single leg Squat jump with dumb bell (10 lb) (10 reps on each leg)

10x Tricep push ups to frogger

Repeat 3x for time

    Excellent exercises…not sure about the frogger though..I have terrible flexibility around the hips (too many years cycling I think).

      Thank you:) You can try an modification, not going all the way down. Take the triceps push up, walk in, instead of jumping, and take a wide stand squat to a 90 degree angel.
