healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
Todays workout is legs, and gluts with blogilates. Love it:) I’ve done this one before, but it never gets old. That and running up and down the 50 something stairs up and down to the river 3 times. Pictures comes of the stairs later. I warmed up with 10 minutes w/skip rope.
