healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
I love being outside, and today my whole workout is done outside. The sun in my face, the blue sky, and some fresh air.
15 minutes of skip rope.
30 Walking push ups
30 Bicep curls with 10 lb dbs’
50 Sumo push ups
Sumo Push Ups. These are just like regular push ups except that you will bring one hand off of the floor and push your elbow up squeezing your shoulder blades together. Inhale as you lower your body towards the ground and exhale on exertion.
Finish it off with a 2 min plank.
