Daily Workout 01.03.2012 – Push ups and some obliques

Here is the workout that I am doing to day. I went and bought some weights  here today, so now I can start back up with bodyrock.tv too. Yeay:)

40 reptile push ups (20 0n each side)

60 dive bomb push ups

And then the obliques workout from blogilates
