Raspberry Soup-Bringebær suppe

This is a easy to make. 10 minutes dessert. Raspberries have a tendency to be a little bit sour, so you might want to add a little bit more of sweetness to it.

1 serving

2 dl frozen raspberries

1 dl water

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp ground cloves

1/2 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp yacon syrup

Put everything in a pan, and bring to a boil, let simmer for about 5 minutes.  Some people add sour creme to their soup. So that is an option you also have.
