healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
This is something that is inspired by “Oh She Glows”. It is so simple, and so good. It can be a mid-day snack, or just a easy dessert.
1 apple, cored and cut in half
2 tsp nut butter ( I used Sunflower seed butter)
1 tsp cocoa nibs
Core the apples, and cut it in half. Spread out one tsp of nut butter on each half, and sprinkle 1/2 tsp cocoa nibs on each half. You can also sprinkle some unsweetened coconut on if desired.
