healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
Smoothies is one of the quickest, and a healthy ways to get vegetables and fruit. And it is so easy to discuise vegetables in it, and make the fruit flavor hide it. This has two colors just like the “Chocolate Green Smoothie”. I hope you all have a great day!
1 grapefruit( (peeled)
2 dl ( 3/4 cup) water
1 tsp yacon syrup
1 dl (1/2 cup) black currents
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1. Mix everything in the “green stuff” in the blender
2. Set half of the mix to the side
3. The other half: add the “the purple”
4. Pour everything over in a glass.
