healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
There is no gin in this. But there is ginger, together with the blueberry. Be amazed, it tastes very good together.
1 tbs flaxseeds
1 tbs sunflower seeds
1/2 dl (1/4 cup) milk ( of your choice)
4 tbs naturell yoghurt
1 dl (1/4 cup) frozen blueberries
1 small piece of ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
Mix it all in the blender. Mix until smooth. It might be a little thick. You can thin it out with some water if needed.
