healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
I drink this smoothie either as a quick fill me up after a workout or as a snack in the evening. Who knew that oatmeal could be used for this. Oatmeal has a lot of health benefits ( more to come on that one later). It keeps you fuller longer, and is a quick way to get fiber, and high levels of protein.
If you don’t have avocado available you can use banana in stead.
1 dl oatmeal
1 dl frozen strawberries
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp palm sugar
2 dl milk (of your choice)
1.Mix it up in your blender until you have a smooth smoothie.
