healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
I have been spending some time in Bergen ( again). I love it here, since I used to live here, I always miss it. Been doing crossfit, meeting my friends, and walking and hiking. A great start to the new year.
Talkind about great: Avocado is so nutritious, and so good. There are several ways to make this, and this is just one of the ways that I do it. Quick, and easy, and an easy side to go with so many things, or just as dressing.
2 tbsp sour creme (remember there are soy based, and lactose free options here)
1/2 tsp piffi ( Scandinavian spice: almost like bbq spice)
1/4 tsp salt
Juice of 1/2 orange
Put all this in the blender, and mix it well.
