healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)

Breakfast is one of the most important meals of the whole day. To get your metabolism going. Just like a car needing fuel to start. I had my breakfast with some bacon on the side, and a cup of green tea.
5 egg whites
1 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tomato (sliced)
5-6 washed spinach leafes
Cheese of your choice
Coconut butter for the pan
1.Have the eye on medium heat
2. Mix egg whites and the spices.
3. Add the coconut butter, make sure it is all the way melted before adding the egg white mix
4, Add the tomato slices, spinach on one half of the omelet.
5. Cover the half with your cheese.
6. Let the cheese melt a little, fold it and let it cook some more before taking it of the pan.
