healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)
There are a lot of ways to make a fish packet, like I did some time back. Here is an other way. But again I have used salmon.
2 salmon files ( about 100-150 gr each)
2 small potatoes
1 clove garlic
1 beet (sliced thin)
1/2 dl cauliflower
1 tsp curry
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp dill
1 tbs rapeseed oil
Divide this evenly on the two servings
Preheat oven to 200C
1. Add the file on in an aluminium foil square.
2. Squeese half of an orange over the file
3. add the spices.
4. Add the vegetables
5. Add the oil
6 Fold up the foil, and put the packages in the oven for about 20 minutes ( or until vegetables are soft)
7 Add a tsp sour cream on each and you are ready to go
