Egg salad

I woke up eeearly, after my definition, 0645 am. Normally my son and me sleep until 10-1100 am in the morning. Maybe its because we are still not over the time difference. But it has def. gone more smooth this time around.  I can’t still get over that I have to were thicker clothes, no more, shorts and t-shirts. And getting dark way to early. At 1600 pm the moon was already up

So, when lunch time came around today I was craving egg salad, so I made a quick one. There is many ways to make this, I just used what I had in my cabinet.

3 boiled eggs, chopped

1 dl mayo

2 tbs mustard

2 tbs feta cheese

1 green onion, chopped

salt, pepper, curry to taste

1/2 tsp balsilikum

Mix everything together, and enjoy it on bread with some spinach.  Yummy.

    Yum sounds delicious, try adding some apple 😀 apple + egg +mayo = great salad 😀
