Avocado-Mango Breakfast

This is a Japanese inspired breakfast recipe. Its easy, quick, and it has a lot of nutrients.

2 servings

2 tbs freshly squeezed lime juice

1 1/2 tsp honey

1 tsp soy sauce

1 tbs hot water

———–

1 ripe avocado chopped

1 ripe mango chopped

———–

2 cups of boiled or steamed rice

———–

1. Whisk together the sauce, add in the avocado and mango, stir.

2. Divide the rice in to bowls, and add the avocado and mango mix.

Enjoy!
