healthy eating my way (allergy friendly)

This chips are so good to just snack on, or as a side for a dinner dish. If you don’t like kale, try this out, it makes it taste totally different. And it is healthy too.
1 bunch kale, washed and dried
1-2 tbs canola oil
2 tsp rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
drizzle some sea salt over before you put this in the oven.
1.Preheat oven to 300 F
2. Put aluminium foil in the baking pan, and spread the kale/oil/ vinegar mix out on it.
3. Sprinkle with salt.
4.Bake for 15-20 minutes and let cool of a little before serving. ( I served this as a side dish with a dinner)
