Morning glory

So it is that time of the summer, when all the berries has popped up all over the place. Blueberries, and redcurrant(ripsbær in Norwegian) are now ready for the pick. In this recipe have  I used these small red berries with the oh so good sour/bitter taste. It adds a bit of freshness to the smoothie.

1 dl Türkish  yoghurt

1.5 dl biola drinking yoghurt ( or any drinking yoghurt of your choice)

100 gr frozen pineapple

1 dl fresh redcurrants

1 tbs flaxseed oil ( mine is with cinnamon flavor)

1 tbs maca powder (optional)

Mix in blender and enjoy:)
